If we change that thing in only one area, it will simply “seep” back in over time because it’s still active in other areas!
Knowing this, and being committed to our clients’ long term success, we coach them around all the areas of their lives where the things that stop them come up, so that they experience systemic, long-lasting success.

The Coaching Relationship
It is a relationship based upon a singular intention: YOUR SUCCESS.
Fundamentally, it is based in the assertion that Coaching is a partnership of equals. There is nothing “wrong” with the client, and the Coach is exactly that, a partner.
The coaching relationship also includes permission to challenge and be direct with each other. In that way, coaching can be confronting in that we will be taking a very close and unedited look at the places that stop and derail you in your goals. A Coach does not prescribe a treatment plan. Instead, a client and Coach develop a plan together, co-creating an actionable timeline that has the Coach be the accountability structure as it unfolds.
The “solution” as defined in Coaching comes not front delving into the past, but focusing on the future. The Coach and client will identify “gaps” in results that they will close together, rather than relating to “problems” that need to be “fixed.” Great Coaching helps one maximize strengths while developing growth areas.
